注射後一般無不良反應，但注射部位會出現紅斑、硬塊 / 腫脹、疼痛 / 觸痛，可先給冷敷，48 小時後再給予熱敷。
偶爾有全身反應，如發燒、嗜睡、焦躁不安、易怒、倦怠感、食慾不振，經 2 ~ 3 天會自然消失。
接種後，請多休息，如有過敏特殊反應或發燒耳溫超過 38.5 ℃ 以上且持續超過 2 天者請回本院就診。
