檢查前準備

懷孕或可能懷孕不適合接受本檢查，請事先告知。
本檢查不需特別準備，無需禁食。
預計接受下肢注射病人，請勿穿過於緊繃的鞋子。

檢查方式

於指縫或腳縫注射放射性同位素，一側需注射2次，雙側需注射4次。
本檢查需進行2次造影。第一次造影時間為注射完後第30分鐘，第二次造影時間為注射完後2至4小時之間。
一次檢查時間約15分鐘，二次造影總檢查時間需30分鐘。
兩次造影完畢後，本檢查即完成。

注意方式

若有懷孕可能，暫時不宜進行本檢查，請先告知。
在攝影過程儘量不動，可以提高影像的品質。
本檢查為低劑量輻射藥劑，打完藥劑當日盡量減少與嬰兒及懷孕婦女接觸。若有接觸不會有明確不良影響，請勿過度擔憂。
